As Vice President of Financial Systems & Accounting Processes, Michelle provides recommendations, project management, administration, training, and documentation for Morgan’s ERP business applications. She is responsible for establishing best practices for financial systems by developing, implementing, and monitoring internal controls and ensuring that such systems are modified to meet the financial record keeping and reporting requirements mandated by Morgan and our clients.
Michelle previously served as Vice President-National Controller for Morgan’s property management division where she was instrumental in establishing policies and procedures for that group as the company grew. She had responsibility for the financial reporting for all wholly owned, joint venture and 3rd party properties and oversight for related systems.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Houston and has 25 years of experience in the real estate accounting sector.
