Joe Melton joined Morgan in 2013 and serves as the SVP of Marketing and Communications. He is responsible for all areas of marketing for existing assets and all new development for the company. Prior to joining Morgan, Joe was the National Project Coordinator for Camden Property Trust in Houston, Texas where he worked for 14 ½ years. Joe is experienced in conventional, repositions, websites, reputation management, employee training, and new construction lease ups. He has worked in almost every market in the country. Joe has 25 years of multi-family experience and has been involved in the development and opening of over 40 lease ups nationally.
