Jason Hauck serves as Regional Development Partner for Morgan’s Central Region where he leads a talented team of real estate professionals responsible for all development activities in Texas. Since joining Morgan in 2020, Jason has been responsible for the start of more than 3,600 units and eleven projects and is active in all major markets of Texas.
Prior to joining Morgan, Jason was Development Director for Trinsic Residential Group, responsible for starting the company’s Central Texas office as well as sourcing and executing new development projects throughout Austin and San Antonio. During his time with Trinsic, Jason was involved with the development of more than 7,100 units in various markets throughout Texas. Jason began his career with Bank of Texas in their commercial real estate lending group.
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from Texas Christian University and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. Jason is an Advisory Board member for TCU’s Center for Real Estate, an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and was a member of The Real Estate Council’s 2017 Associate Leadership Council in Dallas. A native of Minnesota, Jason now resides in Austin and enjoys open water swimming and spending family time with his wife, son, and four rescue dogs.
