As Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Group, Andy is responsible for overseeing the firm’s equity capital markets activities and acquisitions strategy. Andy also serves on Morgan’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.
Prior to joining Morgan, Andy spent 13 years at Lionstone Investments, most recently serving as Lionstone’s Chief Investment Officer and Head of Corporate Strategy. During his tenure at Lionstone the firm’s AUM grew from $1.5bn to $10bn, and Andy was instrumental in driving the firm’s growth and investment strategies while overseeing the acquisitions, research, portfolio management, and investment risk teams. Prior to joining Lionstone in 2011, Andy worked in the Real Estate Investment Banking group at Goldman Sachs where he helped execute various strategic advisory transactions and capital raises. Previously he worked in acquisitions at LaSalle Investment Management.
Andy is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received an MBA from The University of Texas.
