The Village at Lake Lily will be the largest mixed-use multi-family project in Maitland’s history. Located next to Lake Lily Park, the luxury development will feature 450 apartments and 40,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space. Community amenities will include two resort-style pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center and outdoor living spaces. Residences will feature gourmet kitchens with granite countertops and full-size washers and dryers.
Maitland is considered among the most scenic inland towns in the state, and The Village at Lake Lily’s residents will enjoy lovely lakes, abundant oak trees and brick-lined streets.
Phase one is scheduled for completion in 2009, with phase two scheduled for completion in 2010.
