Stan Levy serves as Morgan’s Chief Operating Officer. Stan’s responsibilities include arranging debt and equity financing; managing the property acquisition and disposition process; and overseeing all financial aspects of the company and its projects.

Prior to joining Morgan, Stan spent 15 years with JPMorgan Chase & Co., most recently as Managing Director of Real Estate & Lodging Investment Banking for the Southern Region.

Stan graduated with honors from the University of Texas with a BBA in finance. Stan serves on the Board of Directors of Hines Real Estate Investment Trust, Inc. and the Emery/Weiner School, and is a past President of the Board of The Shlenker School in Houston. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and the National Multi Housing Council.
