Kim Small
Kim is responsible for Morgan’s 50 year old national Management Company. Morgan has a portfolio of units that are owned, under development, and fee managed from coast to coast. Morgan is known for their trendiness in the real estate package of management, marketing, and development of assets.
Prior to joining Morgan, Ms. Small was Vice president of the Central Region of the Management Operations for Alliance Communities with 13,000 fee and owned units. Much of Kim’s career was associated with Gables Residential and its predecessor Trammell Crow Residential. She was Regional Vice President for third party operations in Texas, Tennessee, Arizona, and the Carolinas.
Kim’s expertise in building operational talent, strategic growth, and turn around property performances demonstrates proven successes in optimizing companies she has lead and, more importantly, greatly increasing real estate values.
Ms. Small is a Certified Apartment Property Supervisor (CAPS) and serves as Vice President on the Houston Apartment Association Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate for Women (CREW). She attended the University of Houston where she studied Interior Design.
