Carter Bechtol
As Vice President of Investments, Carter Bechtol pursues new development and investment opportunities for Morgan, and is responsible for debt and equity financing.
Since joining Morgan, Carter has let the development of over 2,100 units at a cost of over $300 million in Texas, North Carolina and Missouri. Prior to joining Morgan, Carter served as a Vice President of investments at Camden Property Trust, where he was involved in the acquisition, development and disposition of over 5,000 units throughout the Central
U.S. His experience also includes developing and acquiring multifamily properties with Lincoln Property Company and providing investment advisory services while at Apartment Realty Advisors.
Carter holds an MBA from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Management at Rice University and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin. Carter is a member of the Center for Real Estate and Finance at the University of Texas and the Urban Land Institute.
